all watches should have a basic health tracking features like
steps, kcal, distance
heart rate
blood oxygen
sleep tracking
other than that if the watch has something else like blood pressure or blood glucose or ECG, these features are fake and should not be trusted at all.
for accuracy sake, heart rate accuracy should be about ~97% when resting. for workouts, check this
other features like sleep tracking or blood oxygen are for reference only, sleep tracking for most of the time only checks whenever you are asleep during a specific time frame (usually 9 - 11 pm until 6 - 9 am)
some watches however has additional tracking like stress (based on your hr values) and MET tracking (avalible on HK watches and Microwear watches)
