most watches have a basic workouts interface that shows you specific stats about the sports you're doing, usually they are detailed on walking/running, other than that other sports shows your calories burned.

as for accuracy sake (when it comes to walking/running, all are compared with a Huawei watch and is based on a 5 km run), it is ranked as:

heart rate accuracy: 90%, ranges within 1-5 values pace and cadence: 90% accuracy, ranges around 200 - 400 meters more or less

heart rate accuracy: 65%, ranges within 7 - 8 values, unstable during high activity and resting (only happen sometimes) pace and cadence: 95% accuracy, ranges around 100 - 300 meters more or less

heart rate accuracy: 60%, ranges within 10-11 values, more stable when you rest; very unstable during high activity pace and cadence: ~60% accuracy, ranges around 500 - 700 meters more or less

heart rate accuracy: 30%, falls short when your heart rate goes over 120 BPM pace and cadence: same as heart rate for accuracy, i don't need to tell you anymore
