avalible on DT No.1, Hello Watch, HK and Microwear watches
these includes:
photo album
on all watches, compression is applied for better transfer speed and is cropped in the middle to fit the screen. the compression scale is ranked from best to worst:
compression is very minimal, image quality is about 95%. cannot be zoomed in
has more compression, but it isn't noticeable. image can be zoomed in
quality noticeably a bit worse, cannot be zoomed in in older versions, HK10 Pro Max+/Ultra 3 Max can
worst quality, images are very compressed, cannot be zoomed in
local music
all watches has a type of audio compression as well, however all of them uses the worse bluetooth 3.0 audio channel for tws connection (exception for HK), leading to crap audio quality, still:
No quality loss at all, sounds great when connected via bluetooth
Still retains some bass and sound is bearable
Zero bass, sound is very flat
local recordings
most of them records in mp3, with exception that the microwear watches uses .wav; audio quality is almost the same overall.
ebooks (or notes)
handles long text very well, text size is good enough to read
smoother scrolling, better font rendering
slightly bigger font size but interface lags a lot
DT No.1 Watches (on chinese firmware) can import ebooks from the app, however it isn't avalible globally so it won't be mentioned here.
it is also unclear on how much storage these thing have for multimedia, but always assume it's 1 - 2 GB shared with the OS.
